Chitrax provides free, browser-based image and PDF processing tools. All file processing occurs locally in your web browser. Files are not uploaded to or stored on any server. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of availability or specific results.

- Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is publicly visible

4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you process using Chitrax. Since all processing happens locally in your browser, you retain full ownership and control of your files at all times. We have no access to, knowledge of, or responsibility for the content you process.

The Chitrax name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Morning Star Web. The output files you generate using our tools belong entirely to you. We claim no rights over your processed files.
6. No Warranty
Chitrax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Processing results may vary depending on your device capabilities, browser version, and file characteristics.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morning Star Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Chitrax available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Chitrax may load AI model assets from third-party CDNs (such as IMG.LY) on first use. These assets are cached locally in your browser for subsequent use. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party asset providers.
